"Y'all I am not the type to write reviews but after being thrice scorned... Management. Please retrain your staff. Unless the goal is to forget adding items to save product and still earn money in which case- your team is doing great. This is the third time this KFC has forgotten at least one of my items. Stopped for lunch at 1 pm on a Tuesday. Yes it was after the lunch rush and you could tell. The chicken was so over cooked and dried out I could not bite through the meat of some pieces.
