"We were there for my daughters birthday party and everything would have been perfect and a 5 star if it wasn't for the first impression. The hostess was not welcoming especially knowing we were there for a planned event. The lanes did not have the birthday girls name on the screen so there was nothing to show that it was her special day. Some other mishaps occured but I have to say that the manager and Nicole our waitress took responsibility and then were extremely diligent and professional to take care of everything and even go above and beyond to make things right. We had a company event at Kings about 20 people. It was fantastic. The food and drinks were great. Our server was on top of things, very attentive and helpful. Great place. Everyone had a good time

We hosted my daughter's 8th Birthday party at Kings in Dedham and it was a blast! The service and attentiveness we received by our party hostess was top notch. We highly recommend this venue to others hosting parties! Kid-friendliness: The venue was perfect and accommodating for 25+ 7-8 years olds and parents for a party!

"Davios is expensive so this is a rare treat for us. Overall it's a lovely experience with good food. Wish they offered a separate gluten free menu that also shows what is dairy free. The popovers came to the table before being asked if anyone had food restrictions. Also, we ordered a cake for a special celebration. The cake cost 125. But was not a 125. Cake. It was delicious but seemed to have not been refrigerated properly as it was a melty mess."

"From Sabrina I went to place an order for an engagement party that I organized in my house for 18-20 people. I had a budget in my head, but after my order I found that I was a lot about what I had planned for spending. Robert from the mandarin sat with me and my sister and said we had too much food. He helped us change the order to provide the best balance of things for my guests and the best part is under my original budget! The food was ready on time and was hot and delicious!
