"No cycling this time, but a long weekend in the winter landscape of Oberwiesenthal. When we found out about a Kiwi Cafe we just had to check that out. Ok, no real Kiwis, but run by some German NZ travellers, this place is definitely different...from the standard old fashioned eateries in town. Stylish look, silver ferns logos, NZ pictures on the walls and definitely one of the few good places for real coffee in town. Nice food as well that would make some nice lunch options, but unfortunately the place only opens up just after lunch. And they may need to make up their minds what they really are. A cafe, serving sweets, bagels and panini? A place for burgers? A cocktail bar? So is Kiwis pure...

Great decor and super service. Not a large menu but the relaxing decor made up for that. The servers were friendly and spoke English.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden da. Wir würden sehr freundlichen empfangen. Schönes Ambiente. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Es schmeckt sehr lecker.Kann man nur empfehlen!

Guter Kaffee. Modernes Ambiente. Sehr nettes Personal . Das Sandwich war sehr lecker und sättigend. Der Kuchen war okay, aber nicht besonders. Die hausgemachte limo war spitze! Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und es wurde Spielzeug angeboten
