"It used to be our way to have drinks and appetizers, but never again will we ever go. Since Isreal left, the service is HORRIBLE. Our server didn't know about the restaurant she said we could only get the buffet if the buffet was over. We just waited for our drinks and appetizer for over an hour. Then another 40 minutes had to wait. We sat in the bar and there was only another table that had already been served, so there were no excuses. There was no bartender. Obviously the server was new because it was so clear about everything. The food was not good and to make things worse I got SEVERE FOOD POISONING and feel absolutely miserable. An early dinner in a Thursday night. Had some items from the Happy Hour menu and their dishes are well served! Excellent drinks and stayed longer to listen to the DJ. Music was also great.

For the lunch buffet the food was terrible and the server did not even ignore us napkins. After we finished, the price was on the $9.99 pre-election, but they paid $11.99 and did not let you know that your soft drinks were not part of the buffet. Fearing experience will never eat there again

I judge my Mexican restaurants through their chili Rellenos, beans, chips and salsa and La Mina achieved an A on all above. I had her lunch buffet $9.99. Little buffet, but everything was delicious. Today, the buffet includes rice, beans, enchiladas, chicken skins, chili rellenos (yum! , tortillas, bbq ribs and menudo with all fixations and some fresh fruits and pudding. The iced tea was in a huge Mason glass and if you ask, they will bring you chips and salsa. Perfect lunch?
