"Has a small, cute, and charming feel to it. Great spot for doing computer. The food is overpriced, and the end result is mediocre, the bread is hard. You’ll be paying close to 15 dollars for a sandwich with stale bread. The store is also primarily staffed by what I assume to be college students, who don’t appear to know the layout of the store. I asked them where the closets outlets were, and they basically told me to find them myself (or at least that’s the impression I got. One server I had didn't appear to know the condiments they had to go with the sandwich (I knew they had mustard but they apparently don’t have ketchup).Long story short: cute restaurant, but there’s a lot of overpriced...

The service is great, and the host (william) were so vigilant to customers' needs. The food was delicious and spices were balanced. I would only comment on their choice of coffee cups that looks like green tea cups.Food: 4/5

Great place to get some work done on the computer. The staff were patient and kind. I was planning on staying until their closing time, but was asked to leave 20 minutes prior and didn't finish my work. Totally understand, but keep that in mind! They have wifi and outside seating, and it's pretty quiet. Also the chocolate brownie was phenomenal.

I was greeted right away by a friendly server who was eager to help. What definitely sets this place apart is that they have table service in addition to the traditional walk-up and pay coffee shops. There is a large community table in the center and plenty of other seating options. Spacious feel, too.Service was great! I had an iced cappuccino with slim milk that was done just right.

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
