"We came back for dinner on Saturday night. What a lovely experience. He sat at a charming table with a wonderfully comfortable city on one side and an equally comfortable chair on the other. I ordered the delectable onion soup with grew year croutons as a first course and veal sweetbreads as the second course, which included the most delicious asparagus I believe I have ever tasted. My dinner companion had the chilled watermelon soup as a first course and the Seabass as the second course. Both of us were delighted. In addition to the wonderful food and service, a wonderful pianist and singer was entertaining all of us. Charles was interactive with everyone in the restaurant, often inviting...

We were trapped in Eldorado on Saturday June 4 because of a wild fire adjacent to I 25 to Santa Fe. We looked for a place to ear to kill time and found Le Pommier. What a delight. Nice outdoor patio, good and plentiful food at reasonable prices, nice owner. We will go back.

Best in Santa Fe! As a Frenchman living in Santa Fe I can be very picky about food and I have never been disappointed at Le Pommier: food is excellent. It is the closest I have experienced to a genuine French restaurant experience and on top of that you get smiles and good vibes to go with it. The food is impeccable with ever changing menu to fit the seasons and inspiration of the chef, Alain, who you will probably see when he visits the dining room to get feedback from customers. Go here for a treat at a decent price. There is live French music at the Sunday brunch, the bar is great and hospitality impeccable.

"My wife and I wanted a nice, relaxed place to sit outside and have a fun dinner. We were very disappointed with the service. It took our waiter about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity while waiting to order drinks). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and water, but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We haven't seen our server in a long time. We felt our starter was a bit delayed when foodrunners showed up with our starters. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But by this point we were already in the middle of the meal. The food tasted good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad. I admit the nachos were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered had breadcrumbs but that was missing. Fortunately, the server took care of it pretty quickly. We were never asked if we would like to have our drinks refilled. And after dinner we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. Neither of the problems on their own would have been a big deal, but together it made a somewhat uncomfortable experience. The waiter was nice and apologized. They also put together the starter for us which was lovely. Maybe it was a free night or maybe a new server but can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambience was nice."
