"Saturday May 21, I was apart of a charity event upon which we ordered multiple pizzas shortly after they opened 11am....when I say the pizzas were prepared horribly which means do not use them for catering-period!... only one pizza was prepared properly.I immediately contacted Ledos' and was shocked with the reply from management whom clearly lacked in handling customer related issues. The pizza was really good. When we got to get the pizza it was hot and tasty. The only problem I have is that when you order online and come to the store, you need to show them an Id. I don’t think you need an Id for pizza. But other than that this place is good.

I had a very good experience when I was in ledos. I ordered online and it said it would take 45 minutes, I have there in 30 minutes and my 2 pizzas were ready and still hot. when I came there, it was a line, but the line went quickly with great customer service. definitiw will go back and recommend it to my friends.
