"Never been to Libby?s before. I was looking for somewhere to take my mom for her birthday and probably didn?t do enough research. It was far more casual than I envisioned. We've been here for at least 10 years. I think we're regular. We love the Folly Beach friend shrimps. My husband and I say it both? Caroline, our server tonight is exceptional, so I hope we will have it next time!

The food was not disappointed! I wish the service was faster. The waitress was forgotten and chatting with other customers. We noticed that people arrive after us and serve their food before us. Not sure if you need to be a regular patron to get good service.
