"I placed an order online and wanted to pick it up at 8:45pm. When I went to pick up the order we were told the order was placed to be ready at 9:45. After traveling for 12 hrs with 3 little ones we didn't want to wait another hour for the pizza. After I told them of my mistake they were kind enough to make the order and have it done in 10 minutes!"

Everything is good. Just make sure you have a pizza cutter at home. They really don't put enough effort into cutting them.
