"I have Middle Eastern heritage, so I am familiar with this type of cuisine. However, I was disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. The owner was not present to oversee the preparation, which may have impacted the quality. I brought my concerns to the owner directly, but despite promises to replace the food and personally prepare it, the issue was not resolved. The food did not improve in subsequent visits. Without a doubt, the grape leaf appetizer and lentil soup at this restaurant are the best I have ever had! The service from the staff and owner was exceptional, making me feel like I was right at home.

I love this place!! I have been here a few times and my favorite dish is the Chicken Shawarma on a pita. The house made tahini sauce is to die for. Every employee is kind and helpful, and the space is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. I work downtown Corvallis and plan on coming here often.

The restaurant seemed to have run out of rice by around noon, which made half of the menu unavailable. I couldn't comprehend how that could happen. It took about 30 minutes from the time we sat down and ordered until we received a cup of water. Then, it took at least another 20 minutes to get the smoothies we had ordered. After that, we waited an additional 30 minutes before our meal finally arrived. Despite the food being good, was it worth the extremely long wait? Not really.
