"I ordered the beef enchiladas combo today and it was good. However, it was made with not much beef. It was also very drippy. It's not supposed to be like this. At least, the dessert was really good. It was baked ice cream with dribbling chocolate served in a taco shell. I just wish the server would have known how to balance drinks and the meals on a server plate! She kept coming back with each plate, one at a time."

A really nice lunch today. The food was fresh and the service was prompt and friendly. As well, the prices were reasonable... All boxes checked. I don't normally hang out in Shingle Springs, but I will likely change my future plans just to eat here again. Likely, I will even make a special trip... Good stuff!
