"Came for a birthday dinner. Originally sitting in the bar to wait for a table had a bit of a hard start from Eddie, but the bar was totally muded, so I understand. When our table was finished, Eddie took care of the movement of our app boards was very patient. Burt served us the rest of our meal was top notch. The primary rib quesadillas were great (get au jus and salsa for diving), and the fillet with the green Chili-Mornay sauce topping was super boiled perfect. Broccolini also perfectly cooked. The lemon blueberry cheesecake was bright and refreshing after heavy steak potatoes. Also their bottle wines are ridiculously cheap for the type of restaurant it is; we were really happy to see go...

Great food and drinks. Love the fried veggies one of my all time favorites. The Prime Rib sandwich will have you drooling and the Prime Rib quesadilla with Green Chile is no different. The Green Chile Chicken Alfredo was delicious. Great service!

I've been to Los Arcos twice in the last six months. The service, cocktails and food are always fabulous. Bobby and his crew are doing a fantastic job. The service and attention to detail is always on the point. The old fashion is one of the best I've ever had and not been spared by the Caesar salad, green Chile corn cutter and black prime rib. I was lucky to eat in some really amazing places in the USA, but this is one of my favorite meals. Very recommended.

Ordered the Prime Rib medium with baked potatoes of butter. Prime Rib is roasted/baked, right? I have a very thin rib eye section. with a large baked potato? Butter extra cup and three stems broccoli on a small plate. Also plastic cup Adjour. The costs must be clogged on the plate of dinner. I know my meat cuts while I retire and went to meat classes for many years and was responsible for the meat department. The way this place is advertised to be the best in this tiny beautiful city. It's very disappointing. The server understood how I did not feel for their responsibility. Management. I saw him be beaten to regulars. Not the status or quality of this place. Two times?
