"Food was pretty good, but I have had better. It's really the only Chinese place in the immediate area, and that being said, it is good food for the area. It is average Chinese food. The waitress was extremely attentive, and kept checking on us. One of the staff members was sleeping at a dining room table, and the hostess at the front door was getting her hair done at the front door not very professional for a business. The decor is very outdated, and out of the 60's, early 70's, and it looks like they have done no updating since. I wouldn't go out of my way for this place, but if you are in the area, it's not a bad stop if you are looking for Chinese food."

This is a great place to hang out with friends. We lived in the area many moons ago and still have many friends there. Whenever we pass through, we meet a gang of them here. BEST CRAB RANGOON EVAH!! Always wonderful food, made to your liking and wonderful portions.

Mediocre, overpriced Chinese food out in the middle of nowhere. Perhaps they get a lot of business from the campground across the street during the summer, so they can charge a lot because the campers have no other nearby food options. Won't be stopping here again unless I run out of gas nearby.

Not only the best Chinese food in Winchendon or surrounding towns, but seriously anywhere I've ever been (and I've been to PLENTY of Chinese restaurants my favorite food! I love all of their food and my absolute favorite are their crab rangoons. But really, all of their food is exceptional quality and their pu pu platters serve more than other restaurants typically would. My family's favorites are their beef teriyaki, lo mein, egg rolls, crab rangoons, and chicken fingers! This is a great place to come with family, friends, or even to just hang out at the bar and talk with their friendly staff!

"I drove several times from this diner to try it recently. My first impression was that the atmosphere was somewhat crowded, but comfortable. People were kind, it seemed that they had many regular guests who often came in. It is not very large inside, but not tiny in any case they have table seats, as well as counter seats. We chose a table in the center of the diner. When I looked around, I noticed some interesting artworks selling from a local artist, sold some pieces for $10, I think the bigger were $20. Various pictures, including nature scenes, flowers, animals more. I didn't buy anything because I was planning on looking for us, but I didn't want to disturb a couple close by eating their breakfast at the table next to the ad. The service was pretty good, although it wasn't fast. I will add that we came to breakfast when they were very busy, so it was understandable. Menu had basic breakfast options such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc. some of the lunch options included burgers, soup reuben sandwiches. My group had ordered eggs, toast, housekeepers. I chose a maismuffin, grilled with butter. Coffee was freshly hot, our waitress was politely attentive and offered us more and more when she passed our table. The only things I noticed that I wasn't in was the crowd of people in the restaurant (it was really full, really fast! Think only one table was empty. The sound level attributed to the great amount was a bit distracting, making it a bit difficult to have a conversation with my fist his cousin. The fact that the door repeatedly opened/closed, at the arrival/exit of customers caused the cold air to flow in and make our surface design, although a little away from the door. The other thing I found a little uncomfortable was that the toilets were actually used for customers outside the restaurant. So you have to leave the building to use it! The reason we learned was that it used to be a gas station. Overall a cute place to spend time for breakfast or lunch. Many parking spaces. Courtesy staff. Just something I want to see is maybe offer to sit guests when they enter, so customers don't stand around and decide on the spot. Although it's nice to decide for yourself, it might not be a bad idea. I think I'll go to lunch to try a reub."
