"My friend Pat and I had an amazing experience at Macaroni's Restaurant tonight. The appetizers, which included peppers in a garlic white wine sauce, were delicious. The main course, featuring truffled whipped mashed potatoes, was incredible. We also enjoyed the dessert, which consisted of coffee, wine, and cheesecake. This was the best dining experience we've had in a long time, and we spent 80% of the evening raving about the food. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable meal. Our waiter, Vincenzo, was fantastic. He even accommodated my low-carb diet by making sure I could still enjoy a great meal. Definitely ask for him when you visit."

Despite the wait, everything else was perfect. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and they were very apologetic about the wait.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. The food was served hot and fresh. The menu has a great variety of options and something for everyone. We have visited multiple times and will definitely be coming back again.

Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Our server was excellent and checked on how we liked our drinks and food. I definitely give her 5 stars. One criticism would be that the spicy dishes be presented as such. Way too many hot peppers in the calamari--we couldn't even eat the calamari at the bottom of the dish as they were infused with the peppers. Also, the flat iron steak had a peperonata on top of it--and that was so spicy I was unable to eat it. Our server did replace it with a new steak, but maybe the listing should be a spicy peperonate. At least next time we know what to ask--and there definitely will be a next time.

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."
