"Both restaurants at the Princeville Resort were our favorites on this vacation. The Makana also serves as their breakfast venue and is a delightful way to start the day and arguably the best breakfast buffet we have had anywhere in the Hawaian islands, an amazing buffet with all the usual hot choices, tropical fruit spread, a cooking station for custom omelets, small ramekins with fish, rice and egg on top, tropical juices, drinking vinegars and Kombucha and much more. The setting is overlooking Hanalei bay and the northernmost spires of the NaPali coast which beautifully catch the morning sun and then the warm glow of the evening sunset. We had dinner there one night and again were delight...

The terrace in late afternoon with a cocktail waiting for sunset looking at the Napili coast with music playing is the perfect way to wind down. The view cannot be beat.
