"I met up with some friends at this restaurant for the first time. It's a spacious establishment with both indoor and outdoor seating options, as well as a large room for events or groups. They offer a wide variety of beers and cocktails. The server was helpful in assisting us with our orders. We tried the fried mushrooms appetizer and found them to be delicious. For our main dishes, we ordered the beef tips and potatoes as well as the fish and chips. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning in the future."

"So delicious! Soup and salad combo was great. The loaded baked potato in the sourdough bread bowl was perfect. The seafood chowder was not so great and I wouldn’t order it again. Online app allowed for incorrect food items to be ordered but the restaurant was super quick in getting me on the phone to provide some reasonable substitutions."

"I wouldn’t leave a one star review but I had to leave one. Rude customer service with employee “Kat”, usually staff is super friendly but she seemed “annoyed”. We asked her a simple question about having a certain holiday cup for sale. She rudely handed my first drink and answer with a short “no”as she rolled her eyes, then we proceeded to her her complain to another co worker about being asked about a “holiday cup”. As she handed us our second drink, we said “thank you” and still no response from her, usually people say “you’re welcome or have a good day”. Was I entitled to a response.. maybe not. We all have a bad days. I’ve worked in healthcare for many years, as well as retail. Some days are a challenge. I understand it’s a Thanksgiving holiday nobody likes to work holidays but if you’re representing a company you work for you should still provide good customer service. This is my neighborhood Starbucks, I’ve been coming to this location for the past three plus years, this visit was a little upsetting."

"The floor was soaking wet in the walkway to the booths and behind the counter from the sink to the booths. The guy at the front door taking names for the waitlist just stood around and played on his phone while the rest of the staff was trying to bus tables, wash dishes, take orders, deliver food etc. I’m sure there was a rush of customers before us but it should have been all hands on deck to get things cleaned up, presentable, but more importantly safe for staff and customers. My husband is 69 years old and had to walk on wet, slippery floors. Another customer went to leave and actually slipped in the water by our booth. There was food floating around in the water and that’s nasty. Several people left after seeing the mess and have been seated next to other people’s dirty dishes and the condition of the floors. "Figure I'd go here for dinner since I did not want to cook. When I got there. I picked up the bambinos but wasn't asked if I want cheese or no cheese. I preferred no cheese did not know that was an automatic add. Next time I will tell them no cheese. But the food was okay for fast food but I go back. Yeah I would.
