"First time here. Wait staff hides in back took about 10 minutes before we found someone to take our order. Dining area had 3 "d "s dingy, dark, and dusty. Nobody 's cleaned in years. Food takes a long time to come out. We ordered a meatball sausage hero and 2 slices of Sicilian pizza. The hero was great. Bread was good, appropriately cooked. Sausage is kinda spicy, meatballs tasted awesome. Sauce was kinda chunky with lots of seasonings. Best parm hero i have had outside of ny. Then came the Sicilian pizza. What happened here. Went for dinner and what a surprise. Pizza is not the same. Different pepperoni and the pizza was way to doughy. Not what I expect from Mamas. The calzone was burnt and tasteless. We wonder if the location at kolb and 22nd is the same way. Either way whatever you did you've ruined it for our family. $39 for a family pepperoni, I expect that mamas quality. It's not there anymore. What happened ???????

In a nut shell I would only suggest getting pizza, everything else is questionableAntipasto is ordinaryChicken Alfredo was a buttery disaster with the chicken completely crispy.Wings are mehThe dough on my calzone is good.Soda machine status is ambiguous. My soft drink was poured out of a 2 liter bottle even though the machine is there. If the machine is not working I suggest using soda cans. My drink was flat.Prices are below average.

Staff tried to do things right. Our order was called ‘by name’ and another family at restaurant decided to pickup part of our order. Waited to see if another pizza was brought out. Later another pizza came out under a different name, asked the staff if that was part of our order? “No.” Later again I asked where the rest of our order was the staff said it was already put out. I reminded them I was at the pickup window earlier, they said “…people do that sometimes, here do you want this pizza?” After some checking the clerk said the two pizza were the same, just take this one. "We visited Istanbul Mediterranean Cuisine Bar, 2945 E. Speedway Blvd., Tucson AZ 85716 in March 2022. A host greeted us and sat us right away. Food: I had never been there before and I ordered the Doner Wrap that is 80% beef and 20% lamb. The wrap was huge and I could only eat half. It was served with tzatziki sauce, which was very good, but I did not end up putting it on the sandwich since the meat was so moist and flavorful. The sandwich came with a choice of two of sides of; rice, salad or fries. I got the fries and salad. The fries seemed like they were just cooked and the salad was fresh and vibrant with a vinaigrette dressing on it. I would recommend this sandwich plate. My husband ordered the spicy chicken pita that he like very much. He said the pita bread was delicious, soft and seemed freshly made. The chicken was tossed in a sauce and also came with a side of sauce that was quite spicy hot. We also ordered baclava and the chicken lemon soup to go and both were very good. Service: The service was very good and prompt. They served the food quickly. We were in and out within 45 minutes, which is what we like. We did not feel rushed at all. Funny, I asked my husband to request more napkins and the next thing I knew was the waiter brought a stack of napkins. I asked my husband if he had signaled to the waiter, but he said he did not. So apparently, they can read minds there! The layout of the restaurant is larger booths on the right side with tables down the middle and the bar, with stools on the left. There was a part at the back that had a sign “Only for large parties” with multiple tables. Not a big restaurant. The place was very clean and the noise level was low. Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, but additional street parking that had plenty of spaces available. The atmosphere felt more adult focused with the bar and there was not any children. The cost was very reasonable I would highly recommend going and we will return."

"I really wanted to like this place, but it just wasn't for me. I'm still learning my way around Tucson, and I didn't realize it was Downtown and I would have to pay for parking. The parking took a lot of my time, and I was already racing a clock. I took my food to go, but ran out of time and had to eat my lunch later in the day. The salad didn't hold up well on those couple hours. I'm really not sure what the goopy topping was, but it was pretty gross and I ended up throwing the salad away after a few bites. I just couldn't eat it. I think that's probably the first meal I've had to throw away. I will usually eat my food even if I don't love it. I'll assume this is better when fresh, but I still don't think I'll go back.Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegan."

"This is my absolute favorite place on University. The interior is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy, service is great, and the teas are delicious. I love stopping by to just get a tea and go, but staying in to study is also one of the best things to do here. It's so easy to focus on my work with a nice cup of tea and forget about the world in this shop. I've made it a goal to try a new tea every day, but my personal favorites so far are the House Black and Raspberry Rose. Just don't get carried away and drink too much! This is probably the only place where I've liked the drinks so much that I made myself sick by having too many . The refill system is too good to resist. The first is paid (at a lower price than the original drink), and the second refill is free. So you can have three drinks for what I'm pretty sure would be just one at a different shop. I visited so many times at this point that I actually ended up buying a reusable cup for yet another discount. My only complaint is that the snack options aren't very good, but for their drink quality and the wonderful attitude the baristas have, it's not a big issue for me. If I'm staying, it's to study, and I've usually already eaten at one of the dozens of places nearby since it's in a really good area. If you're in the area or starting school, make sure to stop by here, you won't regret it."

"I’ve been to Tumerico many times and every visit it blows me away. The food is traditional and all whole food plant based. Their menu is a on a chalkboard but typically stays pretty similar. I usually get their ropa vieja plate without tortillas. This time I got the plate but only with the Cuban jackfruit so I removed the mushrooms and peppers. (The jackfruit here is truly the best I’ve ever had Whatever you get, you have to get it with “all powers”. It makes the meal. You won’t go wrong with anything on the menu here. Truly a gem and I wish we had one in Phoenix."
