"In una sala molto accogliente veniamo ricevuti in modo molto cordiale e simpatico. La proposta dei cibi è sempre molto originale, non la solita carta con i piatti standard. Lo stesso dicasi per la proposta dei vini.La cucina è ottima, prodotti di grande qualità e grande perizia nella preparazione. Lo spettacolo comincia già prima di gustare i piatti: delle piccole opere d'arte, dei quadri d'autore che invitano ad essere consumati... con grande gioia per il palato... e per l'occhio dei commensali."

"Nach Corona Pause und weil im Grotto Bassa keine Hunde erwünscht sind warum auch immer, Platz wäre genug sind wir mal wieder in Roveredo gelandet. Was das neue Wirtepaar leistet ist der Wahnsinn: herzliche Brgrüssung, auch ohne Tischreservierung geht noch was, köstliches Essen Salat Hausdressing !!! , frischer Wein della Casa , Limoncello aufs Haus !!!, schneller, aufmerksamer, herzlicher Chefin Service, da sind echte Profis am Werk wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ! "Wir haben uns auf eine Haupt- und eine Nachspeise beschränkt (feine Teigwaren an schwarzen Trüffel oder mit Gambarone/Crevetten oder ein Risotto). Wurde alles von jedem gelobt. Schmeckte sehr gut, abgewogen und zeugte von frischen Zutaten. Wein im Offenauschank gut und zu üblichen Preisen. Bedienung durch die Wirtin Laura sehr sympatisch und freundlich, Ambiente ansprechend. Gerne mal zu zweit am Abend."
