"I used this store frequently, and bought a latte through drive way,asking to it be very Hot, it wasn't.They send me to curbside meanwhile,they heated again. We waited almost 15 min, to got inside and found out they forgot about the coffee. They heated again, so going home to foundOut that it was a chocolate nor a coffee, giving to us ! It was late ,raining, so decided not to go back."

They got my order wrong! I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal for my daughter, I ended up with a chicken sandwich meal, since I had no desire to return after getting home, and my daughter would not eat the sandwich, I ended up throwing it away.
