"Easy to get in an out, friendly team and restaurant is always clean. One downside is the ordering from Kiosk, although I am technically savvy it still was challenging to use. As I was sitting and watching I seen more than a dozen patrons just leave.Like any other kiosk w person is still needed. People were confused if they were waiting to put in an order as everyone wasstanding around the kiosk. Needs some rethinking to make a better customer experience."

A standard McDonald's. Service was reasonably and food was okay for a McDonald's. One negative is the on-site parking lot, while there, is not all that large and the restaurant inside was less than 50% full. This seems like a busy location probably due tothe proximity of the Carowinds Amusement park.

The food is great, fast, during the day, But at night when they get busy not so good , lol fryer needs an oil change like yesterday food ms chicken nuggets come out with black burn dots or not cook all the way. The only thing that made up for my foodwas Justin he?s very kind, helpful. He fixed my order. He needs. Raise!
