One of the two lanes wasn't functioning, so we got stuck and couldn't move at all. It took probably 9 or 10 cars in the other lane before we were finally served.

The drive-thru experience was really disappointing. I was on a job call for 46 minutes while waiting at the payment window, only to wait another 15 minutes to receive my order. It was ridiculous that they were so slow in getting the orders out.
