"If I could give a restaurant 10 stars, it would be Mercat a la Planxa. We have never had so much fun eating dinner. The service was incredible. The food was amazing!!! Everything we ordered was delicious! We ordered the Traditional Experience Menu. It came with a little bit of everything. You paid the same price person. It was worth every penny. We had a very nice meal (brunch)…food was delicious and we sat in a bright corner of the restaurant. We liked it very much!!! The bacon wrapped dates were to die for….

This may have just been an off day. Past dining experiences at Mercat have been good. Even though the restaurant was not very crowded, service was slow and impersonal. Some of the food items were acceptable. but none were great.
