And there 's a handful of dishes and styles of food that I 've seen multiple times and added to my bucket list of things to try. Right near the top there would be fancy Ramen Noodles. I mean, just seeing people eat these HUGE bowls of Ramen with all kinds of goodness made my mouth insta-water. So when out of the blue my son says to me Dad, we just ate at this AMAZING Ramen place in New Haven and you HAVE to try it , that inner fat guy began to tremble. We ended up at Midnight Ramen less than a week later and it couldn 't...

I love this place so much! The ten hour broth is rich and flavorful, reminds me of eating ramen in Japan. The people are also really nice and the service is good. I go every chance I get.

here is the bomb. the ten-hour broth is the most amazing thing of the world. All that is connected to means of life is fantastic. they don't come here to customer service. that is the best, they take their order, then they bring her to eat, and they bring the bill. they will never see them again. I think his great, just go out with your friend and never be harassed again.

They have ramen with different broths and toppings to choose from, along with wings, bao, and rice bowls among other things. I had the ramen with the 10 hour broth and beef brisket topping. It was delicious.. I also had the beef bao which is basically a Japanese style sandwich made on what I think is steamed bread. I've never had anything like it but it was totally worth it!
