"We unfortunately had an unpleasant experience here. The atmosphere and decor is really nice! However, we had a reservation for 2 at 8:15pm. It was only 8:35pm when our table was ready. They were out of both the drinks we wanted (which is fine) but we only found out about this 15 minutes after we ordered them. Our drinks came at 9:15 (40 minutes after we sat down). Our cauliflower appetizer came right after, which was actually quite good! at 9:30 our steaks came. My steak was good but my friends steak was raw. If I could give it 0 stars i would. I placed a carry out order online and my husband went to go pick it up. After he gets back home we bust open the bag and realize they forgot my onion rings. I called up there and told them they forgot and the waitress didn’t even apologize.. she just asked if we were gonna come get them.. When he gets back home from going back up here, we open the bag and my onions rings are cold, soggy, and not even in a container. They put my onions rings in a bag without a styrofoam container This place is disgusting and everything tastes microwaved.
