"Why did the world stop offering bean soups and chili? I suppose it's the risk of inducing gas... back, take a “beano” Legumes rule! Try the white bean soup of the miner! When I ordered the Spinat salad, the server was savvy to inform me he had feta. For this trip I am vegetarian, so ate the feta. She would have kept it... or if you look at the pizza options, maybe you could throw the vegan cheese?"

"We went here for an early dinner. They must have been changing shifts but the people counting the till never said anything to me when I went up to the bar to order. It took a while but finally they looked at me and told me the guy down at the end of the bar would help me. Bill was very nice and he was very busy. Once those two people were done counting the till, they were done for the day and Bill was the only one behind the bar. He did the best he could. They had a great choice of beers and the pizza was good. I just felt back Bill didn't have more help."

"She came for lunch after spending the morning in Denali. It was crowded, but the line moved quickly and the tables were quickly cleared out. You put your order in the register and they bring it to your table. Service was very friendly and helpful. Denali Platter, Breakfast Sandwich, Biscuits and Gravy, and the Bohemian. Also ordered a piece of banana bread and a cookie. Everything was fresh and hot in 10 minutes. It was a simple breakfast, but everything tasted great with homemade and natural ingredients. In the middle of the meal, the cashier stopped at the table to tell me that she gave me a meal, as they accidentally accused me twice. I didn't even notice the many orders, but I definitely appreciated honesty. Once they're done, they ask you to climb your table and return the food to one of the stations. It made things more efficient and also a home feeling. Nice place to come to dinner while you visit Denali. Good food and service."

"Lovely staff and great service, but our meal was only so-so. My partner strongly felt that what was billed as fried halibut was actually cod, and fries were cold. My meal (baked halibut) was much better, but my main complaint is that I could hardly see the beautiful view of the mountains because the restaurant’s large picture windows were filthy."
