It is located at the former port station of Friedrichshafen and if the weather allows you to have the indescribable view of the Alpine panorama. The 8,00€ entrance for an adult and the 2€ for the locker are in retrospect and considering what I could see is absolutely justified.... The Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen is a visit for any aviation fascinated and worth caring for lovers of Maibach. It is very centrally located at the port in Friedrichshafen. Here you can see and feel how it was and is in the passenger cabin of an old Zeppelin. The museum visit should not be missed in a family trip. Here you will be very interesting to tell the story of the Zeppeline and the then aviation. In the entrance area there is an old Maibach. Very nice to go after the museum at the nearby view tower.

Comprehensive collection of the history and technology of Zeppelin Airship on a total of 2,300 square meters. As a fan of the topic you can spend a lot of time here to look at the numerous exhibits and to study the relevant information. I had neither the time nor the interest for a really intense museum visit, but I did not want to miss a short visit to this unique exhibition and spent about 2 hours here. The technical collection with the reconstruction of the lounges and sleeping cabins of the Hindenburg or the engine pod of Count Zeppelin are also impressive for lay people. Adult admission costs 8€.
