"Went with our family of five we have three teenage boys. We arrived early for the luau based on the times we were given here from OpenTable, that was our reference for the luau. Unfortunately, OpenTable had the times wrong an hour early. OpenTable said the gate opens at 5:00, show starts at 5:45. Royal Lahaina says and actually do open at 6:00 and show starts at 6:45/7:00. We waited and even as the actual event time approached, the Royal Lahaina had little direction as to organizing the people as they arrived for the Laua. The food was very good with a good selection of entrees and sides. The show was fantastic. This was our first Luau and first time in Hawaii and we had a blast. I would recommend this as a nights entertainment.

I reserved through open table. Restaurant called and said they need to cancel cause they don't do luaus on Saturday which was not true. We drove by and there was a luau. We went to the Hyatt Regency luau down the road instead which was fantastic.
