"Service was sub par from beginning. Our party walked in, said we made opentable reservations and server told us they don’t do reservations. It’s a byob by the way which I don’t remember seeing on menu or info section. Anyway about halfway through dinner a completely different person/server comes up with our check and presents it to us. I was so taken a back and asked if they didn’t have dessert this evening. She said oh they do but close at 10 (we reserved for 9 and arrived at 8:30 . I said well we might order dessert and proceeded to ask my guest who wasn’t sure- why would she? We saw on original menu but no one came up to give us dessert menu. My wife loves italian food and we have passed Napoli’s many times and noticedbit was always busy. We decided to try it out. Great move on our part. Great food casual atmosphere and friendly service. Btw did I mention the food was excellent! We will definitely be back.
