"This is the best buffet I've ever visited in the last 10 years. No, that's not an exaggeration. The reason I give this place so much praise is because of the staff: I have never seen employees on a buffet as attentive and proactive as those here in the Newark Buffet. Be it beverages, clearing plates, refill buffet dishes or refilling plates, there were employees everywhere at every table and station. Instead of smiling empty dishes, I had to tell my waitress not to take a plate, because there was still a small piece of food that came by as often as she did.
