"Customer service was great! I waited about 15 minutes for a nice fresh plate of chicken pad Thai. The portion was pretty big, and I couldn't finish it. I love my food steaming hot and that's exactly what I got. You order, and have a seat and they bring it out to you. The tables and seats were clean, and had a plate and chopsticks ready for you at every table. The portion was for 2 people forsure. I really don't know why so many people didn't care for it. I think they have definitely stepped their game up since all these bad reviews for this place. Give it another shot. I would definitely come back! Was it the best? No, but it was fresh. This restaurant you order at the counter and they deliver to your table. Our initial order was wrong, but they fixed it quickly for us. Nice large portions. Food was good, and along the lines of other quick serve Asian food restaurants. Chopsticks and plastic forks provided. Entry/exit points a little cramped, and the posted menu was located in the exit area instead of the entry, so it couldn't be read while waiting in line.

Upgraded version of Panda Express. Waited an hour on line just to be able to get seated for some fast food. There isn't a lot of options anymore at Pala as they got rid of the Choice Buffet. Food was ok, price was about $12-15 a plate which makes it pretty affordable and probably the best choice for your buck with the limited options. We ordered the Seafood Delight, Seafood Tom Yum Soup, and Seafood udon noodles. Most of the vegetables are the same besides the seasoning for each dish.

Looked over the restaurant options and from menu and thought Noodles sounded good. We were a little disappointed in the quality. The potstickers were ok 3/5 and could have come right out of a bag. The Haam Sui Gau was not very good 2/5, and the siu mai was dry and light on flavor 2/5. We are from the 626 so have high standards. Been here before over years and seems to have really come down. This is surprising especially considering I would think that Pala would want to offer their players, especially those that like Asian food, very high quality food. Service and ambiance ok. Robot was on a break.
