"I discovered a short blonde hair in my Mac and cheese as I was nearly finished eating. Despite this, I wasn't upset as I understand that these things can happen. The manager, who was very pleasant, promptly reimbursed my meal. Although he offered to provide me with another bowl, I declined as I had already eaten most of it. I believe this was the right decision by the management and it demonstrated excellent customer service."

Recently, the restaurant has been closed and crowded due to a shortage of staff. However, most of the time they provide really fast and excellent service! I highly recommend this place for a quick and delicious meal. It's my favorite place to eat!

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the online ordering system is user-friendly. My go-to dish is the Parmesan Chicken Buffalo Mac and Cheese, which is always great. However, I do miss their old cookies from a few years ago - I still dream about them sometimes. The new cookies they offer now are just okay.
