"my partner and I have made reservations for an early dinner at the bach. there are not so many vegan options, but all we have ordered was fresh and made with seasonal fruit and vegetables. for a starter we had the novo lettuce wraps with tofu. I liked how it was served like a self-built packaging. the tofu was light, crispy and well seasoned, and there were three different sauces to immerse the package. we ordered the chow novo and the vegan version of thai red curry. the chow novo was not amusing, but the red curry was the best curry I ever had. it had exactly the right amount of seasoned and cocos milk with sweet and tangy anaslese to compensate all the aromes. but the most memorable part...

Novo has several good vegan options and is SLO's best fancy restaurant option for vegans or vegetarians. Get the tofu lettuce wraps as an appetizer. I also HIGHLY recommend getting the thai red curry entree...it's spicy, creamy, and dreamy. Creekside patio, great ambiance, slightly pricey but its worth it for a nice dining experience.

the menu has some vegan options. they have a beautiful terrace and the server are very good about not only what is vegan, but what is best and how to prepare it. I give him only three stars because some of the other restaurants in the city are so good. I would not eat here about the local Veg restaurants or luna red, but it is still very good if they need a chic dinner with omnivores.

the lunch menu is quite a bit of a miss, I only get the tofu raps when I go to lunch that are amazing. but my favorite is the red curry in the night. we also ordered their chow mine, but since post covid it is not what it was earlier. curry is 10/10. I wish they had a vegan menu and more options. but the best place for a nice date night! also call for reservations because it is now impossible to go if they want to sit on the terrace
