"Good food. The Junkyard is our fav it has good sandwiches, great soup, pasta make your own combo, tapas items, noodle and rice bowls, and a complete compliment of beer and wines. I lived in Salmon for over 30 years and this place, together with Bertrams, is the best in Salmon. You're both great! For Dessert, an earlier reviewer said to stroll down the road to Odd Fellows Bakery. You have beautiful desserts, but you need to be there before closing time (which varies seasonal)."

"Awful service!! Told us it would take 45 minutes to get food. We said ok and waited another half hour for waitress to take our order, which never happened! 5 people stood behind the counter and only one said, your waitress should be here soon to take your order...ugh!! My husband paid for his awful cup of coffee and we walked out!! Found another spot down the road!!"

"Came highly recommended by our hotel. Place is a bar turned into a restaurant, way to small for how popular it seems to be. Kitchen is also to small to keep up with getting orders out in a timely manner. Reservation was 7:00 food was not to table untill 7:50 Philly cheese steak was stone cold. Mongolian Beef bowel had broccoli and carrots in it, should just be called beef and broccoli bowl. Mongolian beef should only have onions and green onion tops in it. Server was friendly and did take the Philly cheese steak off the bill."

"A classic small town of Burger joint, which is not on the easier route of iqf and pre made. Honestly, the burger here is a good one, if not better than many $20 burgers I had at many gastropubs. The kids food was great, staff friendly and charming. And as a side note a very clean facility. The hand-pressed patties were tasteful and damp, although they were boiled all the way through, and served on a decent bungalow. Thanks to the staff for reviving my hope throughout the American Burger community! Cheese Chef Ben Thorpe"
