"Pretty good food. Probably the worst decor and place known to man. If you are on holiday and want atmosphere, that is not. They're on a BEACH VACATION, and that's in a strip ball. Not to mention who makes the decoration is delusional. You have a crispy rug that looks like it was painted from a casino, an octopus or two on the walls, and a general mood that you feel like you were in a ruby Tuesday, but pay to eat at the ritz. The inside was all white and okay, now it's dark and dry."

"After shopping at Tanger outlets my son spotted the restaurant. Upon entering we were greeted and seated by a nice young lady. Our waitress (do not know her name cause she didn?t even tell us) came to our table and asked what we were drinking. We received our drinks and ordered our meals. She returned with muffins and small plates and literally tossed the plate on the table in my son?s direction. She brought out our meals. My crab cake was not fully cooked and disgusting. My son?s grilled jerk chicken sandwich did not taste good and fries looked were old and reheated. My mom?s chicken Parmesan was bland. I informed the waitress that the food was disguising and I wasn?t eating it and asked for the check she came back and asked me did I want take out containers."

"As someone who worked for years in 5 star-fine things, I think I can recognize and appreciate a good server when I meet one. But on the same sign I also have more respect for a bad one. In all my years of eating, I have never experienced EVER worse service than what Chris provided. He couldn't have been more rude when we sat, we never saw him between our order and our cheque. He never checked for us while he enjoys our appetizers, even Entrees. When he picked up our cheque without telling us another word, I stopped him and directed his attitude and asked if we had done something to guarantee his less than satisfactory service. At this point, instead of recognizing that he was wrong, or just excused, even if he didn't believe he was, he told me? I worked in a steak house in Chicago for two years. Up in the country?, although I am still confused, how this was relevant to me, and added more snoring, sarcastic, down right rude comment, ended with ?cheers!? When he nipped and stormed the checkbook from my hand. I suppose there's a reason that Job in Chicago did not last more than 2 years and I would be horrified if I ever returned to this restaurant and still see him there. An absolute shame about how good this restaurant is food and how pleasant all other employees are. I think with everything in me, there is a special place in hell for people like Chris."

"A week before my wife and I decided to make reservations for a date night. When I went online, the latest time was available time a week out 4:30. When we arrived, the restaurant was 90% empty. We thought the people would dive into the time we went, but not really. We asked our server why we could make a later reservation if it was usually emptied. She told us that most people go in and that they only hold a few tables per time slot. I thought there was no availability, but not true. What? The service was good. Our server was professional and personal. The facility is clean and well furnished. The appetizers we ordered were not worth the price. The crab plunge was a little vaccinated and my shells were boiled. Don't you see we're going back?"
