preserves 5 stars (both happy cow). they have a separate menu and either one of the co-owners or co-workers is vegan (sorry, I didn't know) so it makes them feel better they know what vegan food is. I had the vegan burrito and pommes. it wasn't healthy likely, but wow was so good.

However, the server appeared confused about what vegan meant and was surprised when we specified that we didn't want dairy cheese. It's important to be specific when ordering from the vegan menu. Despite this, our meal was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
