"I am amazed! We went to dinner tonight at Palomino's in Loveland. I must say it was the best customer service we have received at a restaurant!!! When our meal came, I noticed my husbands burrito was ground beef, not shredded beef. The waiter, Jose, must have overheard because he came up and asked what was wrong? My hubby told him it wasn't a big deal....he didn't mind, when the waiter said he would take it back get the correct meal. Within a couple of minutes the manager was at our table apologizing and asking what he could do for us? Again, we told him it wasn't a big deal. The manager said he would make it right gave us the meal at 1/2 price. He also offered us dessert....which we declin...
