"I ordered a steak sandwich, took a bite and went... oh no. Here's horse stable. I'm allergic. I went to the checkout to make sure that abs they said it was, asked if there was a problem. I said no, I'm just allergic and took a bite, not a big deal. Get some Hives, but need more than that to be an important problem. They went back to my table, and they came out, offered to make a new sandwich and brought it to the table without any kind of attitude and without even expecting me to ask much less. Great service."

Went today for lunch with my daughter. The person who took our order was wonderful, I did not think to ask his name. It was very busy but he kept a smile on his face and was just terrific?we both had questions about a couple menu items but he didn?tseem to mind at all! Great service and as always, the food was great.

I've been here for 15 years. Didn't lose anything. If everything's better. Excellent staff, they take care of the food. I never waited for help if I need anything. Always clean. If you consider going, and read reviews to make a choice, my suggestion is yes, to Panera every time! Yeah, it's better than anyone else in Maine.
