"Horrible Experience. Store manager( her name is Claudia) she was completely unprofessional. My food was lost and i was calling to get this resolved, she kept arguing me over she is not responsible for the food delivery and it will arrive in sometimewhereas in the app it showed it was delivered and the Food wasn?t delivered to me. She didn?t help me at all. Maybe she thoughti was lying for some 16$ food. Completely disappointing and outrageous behaviour and experience. DON?T expect this store to helpyou if incase you lose your food and your money!!!"

The food was fresh and well tasted. Easy ordering process. Everybody was kind. Everything you would expect from a big chain. It is a nice option to eat outside, but its awkwardly next to the drive thru.

This is a happening place in the Westborough. Food is delicious specially pizza. I love their caffè latte. Cookies are also delicious. I tried their mediterranean sandwich and trust me that is also very delicious. I visited this place multiple timesand every time I liked their food. I would like to visit again.

Ordered pickup, got email was ready. Used App to let her know we were there. Waited 5-10 minutes without anyone coming out. My self and the guy in the next car went in and took it from the counter. No one around, no customers waiting, employees joking around. He tried to complain later, no one answered the phone. Eating okay, had ordered quite a bit here, but people are waiting so when you say it's ready to be bad performance. Updated: Experience has been good since then, so up to a 4 star
