"In the past year I 've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt.. First there was a long curly hair in my salad. Then my rapid pick up order was stolen within minutes of me getting there. Next my order had specific simple instructions that were clearly ignored. Lastly order stolen again!!! I completely understand it is of no fault that the stolen food from the shelf is not completely their fault however, it should be monitered more closely. Waiting 35 more minutes to repeat an order that originally only took 8 minutes is ridiculous!!! I won 't give this location another try unless they fix all these issues!! I tried! Well kept panera with lots of sockets to plug in. Great table for meetings. Good place to work. You keep the coffee fresh and if of course the food is good. Recommended.

I bought a warm Grain Bowl w/ Chicken. I have three little chickens. It wasn't even a 1 ounce of meat. Very sad. At least it was fresh. (I never had a bad food from Panera. It was my first time in this place.

Updated 12/9/2021: once again my order didn't arrive according to description. See picture showing what looks like pickled onions which were missed while scraping them off; furthermore, I didn't taste the horseradish sauce because it was likely with the onions that were scraped off. The good news is I spoke with the manager and she was polite and extremely embarrassed by her workers product. I have upgraded to 2 stars based on the professionalism of the manager.
