"I'm a big fan of pizza in almost every variety. Dad! John's has been a cornerstone for our pizza night for the last decade. There are many places that are close to our location and we have tried them all. This particular location is more with its quality than the other locations in our region. I prefer the pickup and they are very consistent to have the pizza ready in time. Of course, the staff is somewhat overwhelmed in the last few years, but they have not allowed the quality of their pizza to affect. Some nights it takes a little longer until the pizza is ready, but they are worth waiting."

Ordered a pizza and 2 liter. Tracker said 120 minutes. Got pizza after the 120 minute make. Extra sauce was not with it and pizza is luke warm. Not thrilled after 2 hours. Pizza sat on the preparing step for an hour. They should have called and told me to come get my pizza if they didnt have a driver available for an hour.

Made me wait 30 more minutes because they didn’t have it ready. I ordered it in the app. Told to wait 44-54 min to pick up. Wait 50 min and in the app it said it was still being prepared. Thought it was a glitch but it was true didn’t even start my order till I got there . Told me they didn’t have it ready and told me to wait 30 min. Never ordering here again.

Never ever ever order from this location! The service here is horrible. They seem to not hire or book enough people to handle a minimal business day. No one answers the phones to take a compliment or change your order. The quality of the food is less to be desired. Delivery times are usually way over what is approximately listed when placing an order. Bottom line....order pizza from anywhere else but here. If you really want Papa John's...order from another location!
