"Ordered food at 9pm...by midnight had not seen delivery. Called and got attitude from person who answered phone then manager pretty much blamed us for the delivery not arriving. Won't be ordering from Papa John's Pizza ever again. Another pizza Co was much more accommodating after we argued for a refund... for the pizza that was never delivered"

The pizza is still good and we've always had good service. However, it seems that they've changed their sauce recipe and you can taste the sweetness.

Ordered pizza at 833 it arrived at 940 after going to the wrong address the food was barely warm. After a third call to the store I was put on hold for 15 minutes in which no one ever came back to the phone. Terrible customer service I will never order from this brand again.
