I am blown away by the structural integrity of their burritos. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious as all get out, but I ordered the chili breakfast burrito, chili being a notoriously messy food, and the wrap didn't buckle, tear, or leak. 10/10 would order burritos here again.The atmosphere only gets a 4/5 because I straight up couldn't read the handwritten menu. I get the charm of it and all, but it wasn't awesome.Vegetarian options: Great options.

I've been eating at the Paradox Cafe for many years. My two favorite dishes are the vegetable scramble which makes me feel that I'm gifting my body, and the solstice corn cakes which are gluten free and have apples and walnuts mixed in. Be sure to ask for real maple syrup.I'm not sure when I posted the above review. I moved to Portland, Oregon in 1980, and shortly after had my first meal at the Paradox Cafe, so it's been over twenty years and I STILL love their Solstice Corn Cakes! Their eggs are also exceptionally good. Here's a pic.
