"The staff was not very service minded nor nice. The food was really nothing special – just ”food”. The daily menu was not translated and noone could translate it for us. We didn’t get our food at the same time. My soup portion was tiny...and tasted only salt. The coffee tasted really bad and was cold, and when I asked them to heat it for me, the waiter said he was going to use the microwave. By the toilet, there was a woman asking for tips which felt weird, even though she probably was a cleaning lady. If you really like beer, then maybe that’s the only reason you should come here, if at all."

Only had drinks here but we were greeted as we walked in by a friendly smiley bar person who showed us a nice table in the window. We were given good advice on a good wine and it was quickly brought to our table. We offered...to pay there and then but the man said dont worry about it until the end. Great dunkel and wine. Great atmosphere. Great service

An excellent choice for who is looking for local tastes and a good cup of beer. This restaurant inside is extremely characteristic, with wooden finishes as German tradition wants. From menu, Holzfäller Schnitzel requires particular attention. It's a pork cutlet with speck, onions, mushrooms and...roasted potatoes. High quality, good prices and nice staff make this a special place where to spend a few hours.

Nothing special but good German food crispy pork knuckle once again after our Reich walking tour and just behind the Old Ton Hall building and close to the Victuals Market. Other places nearby which had been recommended by our Radius Tour guides...were rammed full with lederhosen wearing locals for Sunday lunch, so unfortunately we missed out on the full-on Bavarian Sunday but we were more than happy with the Paulaner. It was certainly much quieter than the place opposite. Good food, friendly service and no oompah bands!

"my man and I were in a few for a family birthday party. we had some time for us and took public transportation to visit schloss nymphenburg, which was a wonderful excursion also on a windy, wintery afternoon. not quite ready to return to the house...we googled Italian restaurants near me. the one we visited first did not take any plastic. the second location was solo italia. it was a Friday night and the place jumped around 19 o'clock. we didn't even think we were making a reservation, and everyone was taken table. no problem, we could order the cash. it followed several hours of relaxation, delicious eating, weeping and atmosphere. we ordered the green salads that are large, fresh, and most welcome after days very little green on our tellers. pasta bolognese and spaghetti carbonara were excellent. we did not try out the pizzas, although they looked fantastic (and they produced, kept all waiting workers and our bar-tenders very busy to mante the many.) solo italia is a place that prices were much less than the fancier sites round, but the quality of the food was comparable. it was simply a funny, bouncing place. a scream from our barkeeper maurice d. he was very busy with the drinks orders, the semi-trailer pizza and in the regular good work. he still managed to be polite and attentive that we were sitting on his bar. very professional and personal. if they are on the look for a great Italian place outside the Munich city center (but easily reached by tram 25) try solo italia, they have a great time!"
