"I frequently order from this restaurant through doordash and have encountered two specific workers. One is a woman with pink hair and the other is a man with a brown ponytail who are consistently rude whenever I visit to pick up my order. They seem to ignore my presence and speak to me in a disrespectful manner compared to how they interact with other customers. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it feels like they may have a bias against African Americans. It has reached a point where I am no longer willing to order from this place, despite the fact that the coffee looks good and I have had pleasant interactions with other employees."

This restaurant is part of a chain, but unlike some others, the coffee here is impressive. I tried both the medium and dark roast and the brewing method was precise resulting in a delicious cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this place. The service is also excellent and there is plenty of parking available.
