I think this place would win for most welcoming staff. Even though I live miles away, I make it my coffee stop on the way to and from work whenever I can.

they made my custom order to my satisfaction, although it was more expensive than if I had gone after dead beats or similar. blueberry crumb muffin is next to homemade in taste, highly recommended.
