"I’ve had a love/ hate relationship with Peppas for years. The food is fantastic; however in the past the service has been incredibly off-putting. It was such a sigh of relief to have an experience today where the service (simple things like being greeted, eye contact, and positive attitude) was great thanks to Denise. she is a great addition to the team. Very efficient and pleasant. Happy you guys have her"

The only dish that was well-prepared was the festival. The oxtail resembled scraps of meat from the bottom of the pot. I was very disappointed.

The restaurant serves generous portions of delicious jerk chicken, rice, and plantains. I also tried Festival for the first time, and it reminded me of a Chinese ox tongue shaped pastry. It was a tasty experience!

The rice was dry and there was no gravy served despite requesting it. Utensils and napkins were not provided. The food portions were much smaller than anticipated and there was scarce meat. Overall, I had higher expectations for this restaurant.
