"I saw the reviews online and should have listened. Service was terrible here: it took 30 mins to get a drink, 45 mins to get 2 appetizers, and after an hour we still had no food. I ended up not even eating my food after being so disgusted with the service. I should have went to the location in Emeryville, but they had no reservations left. The excuse we were given is the head chef is at the A’s baseball game. No discount was offered for this terrible service. We still had to pay the full bill. If I had the energy I would call the corporate office as no concessions were given for this terrible service. The manager Arlene made no attempt to REALLY help us. the place has not been kept, you can see a dirty kitchen from the dining room food is good but I don’t trust a dirty kitchen

The host/staff took forever to seat us. About 10 mins after our reservation time. Our waitress was nice. But, didn’t offer if we wanted dessert after our meal. She also brought us the check then asked me after if I wanted a another cocktail? Food was good. But, a bit over price.
