"This was the worst dining experience in the Willowbrook location. I felt as if I was in a food court with crying babies, tantrum children and noise out of control. There was no ambiance, the floor was dirty and the ladies room was hit by a tornado. Will not return as the Hackensack location is superior."

Service was really bad. They served us one dinner at a time. They served the children last approximately 15 min after all adults received their food. You had to hunt the wait staff down to get a refill of water.

The atmosphere and décor of this particular restaurant isn't like the others. The lighting is like eating in a cafeteria, no music? The food had no presentation at all, just thrown on a plate. The portions are small in relation to the prices. The service was very good.
