"Since the remodeling the pizza tastes different, less good and it slowly been getting even worse. The napolitan pizza is all about the dough The crust extremely thin and unsatisfying and uncooked under the sauce side and ashes on the bottom side and edges. Ashes are carcinogens so this is not edible…. even though Americans eat it …. cause they would eat most inedible stuff…. plus mozzarella absolutely tasteless. For someone who’s been to Napoli this is a failed pizzeria."
