"Carlitos, the manager, was incredibly professional and went above and beyond when I experienced an issue with my DoorDash delivery. Not only did he ensure that a fresh pizza was sent out to guarantee my food arrived hot, but he was also extremely professional and courteous. The pizza itself was outstanding, in fact, it was the best pizza I have had on the west coast. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. Overall, a truly amazing pizza and a fantastic staff."

Only eaten here today with a big group... most of our group were visitors from Chicago. They said this is the first pizza they actually enjoyed in California! High standards! Food was good and cook was polite. We will visit again when we are in the area

Wow, the pizza at this restaurant was incredible! It was my first time trying it and I opted for a lunch size pizza. The owners and staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend trying this pizza, and I definitely suggest getting a full size pizza next time.

Highly customizable, great taste, non-fat, many ingredients, best pizzeria in Concord! Since we had our first pizza here in 2019, Pizza My Way became the only place where we order our pizza. I made an order a few days ago. The owner called me a head of time and confirmed my arrival time because he wanted to make sure that the pizza in the oven was 10 minutes before I came there so that it tasted good when I came home. What a devotion! Will continue to be a happy customer here
